This Privacy Policy page describes what happens to information when you use this website. It is written plainly rather than legally, and it names the companies involved by name.

What this website collects

We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, how people arrive here, and roughly where they are. That is the only thing this site measures, and there is no advertising. We host no form of our own.

Where your information does go

Four companies receive information, and only one of them hears from you directly.

JourneyFuse — forms and payments

The forms on Get a Quote and Early Access are built and hosted by JourneyFuse. Each one runs inside a frame on our page, so the answers you type go to JourneyFuse rather than to this website. What a form asks for is what it stores: your name, how to reach you, your school or program, and what you are planning.

Payments work the same way. Each traveling group gets its own portal, hosted by JourneyFuse, and balances and payment forms live there. The Make a payment page explains how to find yours. We do not see card numbers at any point.

Netlify — hosting

This site is served by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records ordinary request logs, including the address you connect from, for the purpose of serving the site and keeping it up.

Google — visit counts

Google Analytics runs on every page of this site. It sets two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, so that a second visit counts as the same visitor rather than a new one. It sends Google the page you are on, the page that sent you, your browser and device, and an approximate location worked out from your connection. It does not see what you type into the quote or early access forms, because those run on JourneyFuse.

We have turned off Google's advertising features for this site, and Google keeps this data for two months. To stop it, block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

What we do with it

We read the quotes you send us and reply to them. That is the whole of it.
